Shopping for candles is easy with our shopping cart system. When you see a candle you like, all you have to do is choose the color and quantity. When you press the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, that item is placed in your shopping cart. Note: You can change the items in your shopping cart at any time. Just press the "View Shopping Cart" link. When you are ready to checkout, simply press the "Checkout" button and you will be taken to our ordering page. Here you will be given the opportunity to review your order again. After you are sure your order is correct, just fill out the form provided and push the "Submit Order" button. We are committed to the pursuit of excellence when making our candles. If you are not satisfied with any products you purchase from us, you may return the items for a full exchange or refund. If the item(s) that you order are in stock, they will be shipped on the next business day. If they are not in stock, please allow up to one week for us to make and ship the items. Once your order is made, we will ship it via UPS Insured Ground Service. If you would like your order shipped using overnight or second-day air services, or U.S. Mail (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes), please note your preferences in the "Additional Comments" box located at the bottom of the order form. We will email you with the actual shipping charges associated with your order. |
